Charlene's Cuisine offers a tutorial program for previously incarcerated individuals who are in need of employment and program support. At Charlene's Cuisine these individuals learn or re-learn job and life skills to help them in becoming an independent and productive citizen in the community. These skills range from basic communication skills to the work tasks of banquet set-up and service. The program provides them with regular work and a steady income until they are gainfully employed. You are offered the rewards of this innovative program through our catering services.
